Our panels are made from Traffolyte, an acrylic based laminate with a hard, durable and UV stable melamine surface. The material is made up of two or three layers, the outer layer(s) being engraved to expose the contrasting core.
COLOURS
Our panels can be manufactured in a wide range of colours, the most popular are illustrated below.
Please contact us if you require custom ink filling or require a panel in a colour not listed above.
SWITCHES
Our panels can be made with cut-outs to suit any type of switch. We can supply new switches or you are welcome to re-use your existing switches or source your own.
We recommend Carling Contura rocker switches but can also supply round / halo type switches for a more modern appearance. Switches can be illuminated if required.
PANEL THICKNESS
Our panels are available two thicknesses; 1.6mm or 3.2mm, the latter being the most suitable for control panels.
FINISHES
For panels that are to be installed where they may be open to the elements, our gloss finish is the most durable. For indoor use, we are able to offer panels with a matt finish as an alternative.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
As our panels are custom made, we can cut the panels to size and tailor the switch legends to suit your requirements. We can also add manufacturer logos or even your boat name in a matching font.
