MATERIALS
We can supply panels made from a choice of two materials:
- Perspex with UV printed text and graphics. This gives a real OEM look and enables us to offer many colours in the Perspex colour range.
- Traffolyte. This is a durable, multi‑layered laminate. To create the text and graphics the top surface is engraved to reveal the colour below.
SWITCHES
Our panels can be made with cut-outs to suit any type of switch. We can supply new switches or you are welcome to re-use your existing switches or source your own.
We recommend Carling Contura rocker switches but can also supply round / halo type switches for a more modern appearance. Switches can be illuminated if required.
PANEL THICKNESS
We normally supply 3mm panels as these are sufficiently rigid for most purposes and allow switch bodies to lock into place.
FINISHES
For panels that are to be installed where they may be open to the elements, our gloss finish is the most durable. For indoor use, we are able to offer panels with a matt finish as an alternative.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
As our panels are custom made, we can cut the panels to size (up to 1400mm x700mm) and tailor the switch legends to suit your requirements. We can also add manufacturer logos or even your boat name in a matching font.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Our prices include:
- Initial consultation to understand your requirements. A simple hand drawn sketch often helps.
- Vector artwork (we’ll ask for your approval before proceeding).
- A custom panel in your choice of size, colour, switch cut-outs and legends.
- UK delivery (delivery abroad at cost price).
- We’re not VAT registered so VAT isn’t chargeable for UK sales.
